Traumatized by the deaths of his wife and child, J.T. (Gary Daniels) left the police force to become a bounty hunter. Two years have passed, and J.T. is asked to track down a bizarre serial killer who murders with his bare hands. J.T. throws himself into the case, but it doesn't take long for the killer to realize he's being pursued. Turning the tables on the relentless former cop, he draws J.T. into a deadly hand-to-hand battle.
