Although neither end product was particularly stellar, Tenacity made the better ad for the win. Project Manager Summer Sanders won $20,000 for her chosen charity, Right To Play. RockSolid went to the boardroom, where Michael Johnson was considered for firing due to being a bad Project Manager, but Darryl Strawberry was ultimately fired instead for wanting to go home.
