Hawaii Five-O: Don Miles, a "health freak", uses a hanging-type exercise to promote his well-being. His girlfriend Wanda tries it and apparently dies in the attempt. McGarrett discovers that foul play may have been involved. NOTE-This episode is not available for television syndication packages due to the controversial content. A viewer reportedly imitated the hanging "exercise" and died.
