Masterchef Ireland: The remaining four contestants visit Residence, a private members' club on Stephens Green in Dublin, where they cook in the kitchens of Restaurant Forty One, supervised by head chef Graham Neville. In order to win a place in the final, they must re-create judge Dylan McGrath's signature dish of poached wild rabbit with roasted Dublin Bay prawns, summer broad beans with Irish truffle and chervil.
