The first discipline they will be attempting is the canoe slalom, where Mallory Franklin and Kimberley Woods will send them down some sub-zero rapids. Next, they will try their hands at weightlifting before seeing if they have what it takes to be hockey goalkeepers. Hockey gold medallist and hero of the Rio Olympics Maddie Hinch will step in as their coach.
